| ABOVE EXPECTATIONS About Our Activities: THE DOLPHIN GROUP, is organized as a not for-profit group that supports selected causes for purposes of social and public action. We successfully completed our previous high priority project: save Cspan-2 (Book TV) as a station free of additional charges, and to return it to public availability here in Illinois. We now focus on community requirements. |
