THE DOLPHIN GROUP

                                      Goals and projects for 2011

We operate from the furthest eastern part of Oak Park, Illinois.  A sadly neglected
part of  a lovely town. Our first principal is service within our community.   Service to
the elderly some of which have disabilities, and the young students who have learning
problems, usually from birth.

We have, in the last six (6) months, effectively lost  two major institutions along Austin
Avenue in our area. A diminished West Suburban hospital service, a small hospital
that serves a desperate population.  The second loss was Aldi, a major grocery chain
that emphasizes a broad range of products at low market prices.

The last remaining and largest commercial building along  Austin Avenue in Oak Park,
is The Oaks Apartments.  This building is dedicated to support independent living for
aged and disabled persons.  However, here too services have diminished.  It will be
this community of more than seventy-two(72) apartments and more than seventy- five
75) persons, which will be our initial locus for 2011.

We believe strongly that the future of health care will be dependent on strong community
health services. Many of these services are  unknown in our community.  We will bring these
services to the community through public meetings.

The Oaks will receive the benefits of a significant grant to bring basic computer
capability to all tenants so that they will be able to communicate across the internet
with pictures, E-mails, and other information services.  We will support the successful
utilization of this grant.
The Dolphin Group will continue to create a range of social
events for  improved community building within Oak Park,
starting with local schools which have an emphasis on early
training  for children with learning difficulties.

We will continue the special breakfast and brunch as well as
celebration dinners that we have established over the past few
years. Our schedule will include presenting professional visitors
and services with our public activities so that we may  grow the
strength and well being of our community.  All through the
application of our operating principles:

Technology-Community-Service.
